Spellweave Beta Survey 01 Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is run by 3Dec Studio LLC, operating as Spellweave (“Sponsor”), reachable at spellweave.app and [email protected].

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to enter or win. Buying mana credits or upgrading your Spellweave plan does not improve your chances of winning and is not required for entry.

3. Entry Period

Entries are accepted from March 12, 2026 through March 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET). Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

4. Eligibility

The survey is open to all Spellweave beta users worldwide.

To be eligible for the giveaway prize, an entrant must:

• Have a deliverable mailing address in the United States or Canada
• Be the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry
• Have built at least one deck in Spellweave on or before the end of the Entry Period
• Complete the optional giveaway entry section of the survey during the Entry Period

This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

1. Complete the Spellweave beta survey.
2. On the last page of the survey, fill in the optional giveaway entry fields and confirm eligibility.

Completing the survey alone does not enter you in the giveaway. To enter, you must also complete the optional giveaway entry section during the Entry Period and meet the eligibility requirements.

6. Prize

If the specified prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value. No cash alternative is offered unless required by law.

7. Winner Selection and Announcement

Selected winners are chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries after the Entry Period closes on March 27, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Selected winners will be announced on March 30, 2026 in the Spellweave Discord server and contacted via the email address provided in the entry form.

8. Winner Verification

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form. Winners have 7 days to respond after being notified. If a winner does not respond or cannot be verified as eligible, another winner may be selected.

The Sponsor may request information needed to confirm eligibility, including:

• Verification that the entered email matches a Spellweave account
• Confirmation that a deck was built on or before the end of the Entry Period
• Confirmation of a valid mailing address in the US or Canada

Canadian residents selected as winners may be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question before receiving a prize (as required under Canada's Competition Act).

9. Shipping

Prizes are shipped only to deliverable mailing addresses in the United States or Canada. No international shipping is available for this giveaway. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties.

10. Privacy

• Survey responses are used for product research only.
• Giveaway entry information is used for drawing administration, winner contact, and prize fulfillment.
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties outside of what is needed to fulfill the prize.

11. General

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries, cancel the giveaway if technical issues compromise fairness, and resolve unforeseen issues in a manner consistent with these rules and applicable law. By entering, participants agree these decisions are final.
